Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumFresh pineapple, peeled and cored
  2. 1 largeMango
  3. 1/2 smallPurple onion
  4. 1/2 mediumOrange or red bell pepper
  5. 1 smallJalapeno or more to taste
  6. 1/4 bunchCilantro, finely chopped
  7. 1 dashCumin
  8. 3 dashSalt
  9. 1 mediumLime, juiced and zested

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely dice the pineapple, mango, red onion, bell pepper and jalapeno. Use as much or little jalapeno as your family can handle. I like to keep the seeds for extra heat but you can remove them for a mild flavor.

    Add the spices and lime juice and zest.

  3. 3

    Mix it all up and adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. 4

    Let refrigerate at least 30 minutes and enjoy! I like to throw it on fish tacos.
