  • 2 cupFROZEN BANANA AND STRAWBERRIES (YOU CAN USE FRESH BUT ADD A CUP OF ICE ONLY OF FRESH)
  • 1/2 cupCUCUMBER
  • 1APPLE ( I USE GREEN APPLE FOR THE SWEET TASTE)
  • 1/2FRESH LEMON
  • 1 cupWATER
  • 1NEED A BLENDER FOR THIS

    ADD FROZEN STRAWBERRIES AND BANANA.

    ADD FRESH SPINACH.

    ADD CUCUMBER AND GREEN APPLE. (CUT APPLE REMOVE SKIN FROM CUCUMBER)

    ADD WATER AND SQEZZE LEMON JUICE INSIDE.
