Ingredients

  • 1 lballigator filets
  • 1/3 cupsr flour
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1ghee or butter to fry in, if butter add equal amounts of olive oil

Steps

    Heat ghee

  2. 2

    Cut the gator in to bite sized pieces

    Add spices to gator and mix well

    Add flour to seasoned gator

  5. 5

    Add the floured gator to pan

    Cook till brown turn and fry other side keep turning till completely done

    Put on paper towels to drain
