Stewed liver
I made this during dinner, this was for my special friend.
Steps

Cut the beef into small/ medium size pieces. Put to boil for 30 minutes

In a separate sufuria, put in oil heat then add onions, fry until slightly brown. Add diced capsicum.

Stir very well. Then add in the thinly sliced tomatoes. Stir and cover for one minute then continue stirring. Then add the boiled liver. Add salt if not enough. Then add little amount of water to prevent it from burning.

Then serve.
