Wash the goat meat and add water to cover the meat.

Add onion,maggi and salt.boil the meat for 30-40minutes.taste to confirm is soft.

Add more water for the soup.

Add palmoil and boil for 10-13minutes.

Wash and slice the okro very well.

Add pepper,crayfish,salt in the soup.

Soak the vegetables with water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.for 2minutes.rinse out water and wash with normal water.

Slice the vegetable with a sharp knife ao that it will turn out neatly.

Leave the soup to boil for 5minutes and add the vegetables.

Boil for 1minutes and bring it down.

Enjoy the soup with fufu,garri or poundo uam.
