  • OMELETTE BURGER
  • 2sausage
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupbreadcrumb
  • LG TZATZIKI ( GREEK YOGURT AND CARROT )
  • 2 tbspas dressing
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2 slicetoasted bread

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    slice sausage into ring shape

  2. 2

    add eggs and bread crumbs and mix well

  3. 3

    use a ring shaper full up half of the mixture and fry till lightly brown about 1 minute then remove ring

  4. 4

    flip over and fry for another 1 minute and drain on paper towel

  5. 5

    OMELETTE BURGER AS IT IS

  6. 6

    SERVE ON TOASTED BREAD WITH TZATZIKI THEN TOP OMELETTE BURGER AS OPEN SANDWICH
