  1. OMELETTE BURGER
  2. 2sausage
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 cupbreadcrumb
  5. LG TZATZIKI ( GREEK YOGURT AND CARROT )
  6. 2 tbspas dressing
  7. 1/4 cupolive oil
  8. 2 slicetoasted bread

Steps

  1. 1

    slice sausage into ring shape

  2. 2

    add eggs and bread crumbs and mix well

  3. 3

    use a ring shaper full up half of the mixture and fry till lightly brown about 1 minute then remove ring

  4. 4

    flip over and fry for another 1 minute and drain on paper towel

  5. 5

    OMELETTE BURGER AS IT IS

  6. 6

    SERVE ON TOASTED BREAD WITH TZATZIKI THEN TOP OMELETTE BURGER AS OPEN SANDWICH
