113 mlSweet condensed milk
2/3 tbspSalted Butter

Sift cocoa powder for 2 times.

Line a thick-bottom sauce pan and add condensed milk and butter.

When butter melted , add sifted cocoa powder and mix together. USE LOW POWER

Stir until the mixture is thick then pour in a bowl. Let sit at room-temperature until not hot and thick. Put it in the fridge.
