Steps

Take a deep pan

Add oil...when it's hot....add Potato and fried till light Golden brown on medium flame

Just take it out

Now add mustard seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, turmuric powder and curry leaves

Add carrot and chopped green chilli

Add fried Potato and soaked poha
- 7
Add salt,sugar,boiled peas and lemon juice and mix welll

Off the gas

When serve just take it out on a plate garnish with peanuts, pomegranates,besan ke sev and chopped coriander
