Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 4Eggs
  3. 1/2 cupWater
  4. 6Boneless pork loin chops
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 1/2 cupButter
  7. 1/2 cupVegetable oil
  8. 4 cupsPanko bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place flour and crumbs in separate shallow dishes

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and water together in a separate shallow dish

  3. 3

    Season the pork chops with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    To bread each cutlet place first in flour, then egg, then panko crumbs

  5. 5

    In a large saute pan heat the oil and butter over medium heat

  6. 6

    Add the breaded schnitzel, pan fry until golden brown then flip

  7. 7

    When the second side is golden remove from pan and set aside on paper towels to drain while you cook the other schnitzels
