Beat eggs on a large mixing bowl

Add milk, melted butter, salt and flour and mix in.

Pour just enough batter onto a heavy cast iron skillet to create a pancake with the thickness you desire, flip when edges brown (around 1 minute), and cook other side for a couple of minutes.
