My Recipe for Perfect Scrambled Eggs

In a mixing bowl, mix together, egg whites, egg yolk, milk and salt.

In a slightly heated pan over low flame, pour the egg mixture.

Using a spatula bring the egg from the edges of to the pan to the center, as it begins to set. Continue until all egg is set.

Serve with your choice of bread and beverage.
