Steps

Wash and boil the sliced mushrooms in about 1/2 a cup of water for around 5-6 minutes.

Drain and set aside

In a pan, heat the oil.

Add the garlic and saute for a minute on low flame.

Add the chilli powder followed by the mushrooms.

Adjust the salt.

Allow it to simmer for 7 - 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, drizzle a generous amount of honey on it.

Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley flakes.

Serve hot as a delicious snack at parties or even as a healthy snack at tea-time.
