Roast the rava without oil and set aside.cool completely

In a bowl add curd and make smooth paste add roasted rava mix well and add water.

Mix the batter and add salt and eno sachet and mix again.

Apply oil to dhokla thali and pour the batter.

Steam for 15-20 mins. Remove and check. Give cross cuts and pour the tadka over it
- 6
Tadka: heat the oil and add tadka ingredients. When crackles it's ready
