Boil chicken with onion,curry,salt,thyme and knorr seasoning.

Parboil rice for 15minutes.wash

Wash and cut the carrots,green pepper and rinse the green peas.

Heat up the frying pan,add vegetable oil.

Boil the rice with the chicken stock add salt,curry and mixed spices.let it boil for 5minutes.

Allow it to heat up for 40secs,add onion,green pepper,green peas and carrots.

Fry for 10seconds.pour in the rice and mix very well.

Heat up for 1mintue.
