  • 1 cupwater
  • 900 gramspork belly
  • 3 cupbottle of hoisin sauce store bought

  1. 1

    Boiled the pork belly skin down for 1 hour then marinate it with mix hoisin sauce and water

    Bake it at 200C for 2 hours or longer depending on the thickness of the pork cover top with foil
