Ingredients

  • 10 pcs(big size)Raw Mangoes..
  • 4Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 spRoasted jeera
  • to tasteBlack salt
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mangoes ko wash kar cooker main 1 glass of water dal kar Mangoes ko dal kar one whistle lagwa kar gas off kar de.

  2. 2

    Jab steam khatam ho jaye cooker ka lid nikal kar mango ko cool kar le.

  3. 3

    After cooling mango ka pulp apne hatho se squeeze kar nikal le aise hi ripe mango ka bhi pulp nikal le.

  4. 4

    Grinder main dono pulp and dono salt add kar puree bana le.

  5. 5

    Pan main puree and jeera dal kar thick hone tak cook kar le slow heat par.

  6. 6

    Tray grease kar pulp spread kar de.

    Daily dhoop main rakhe 5 or 6 days main sukh jayega.

    Note..Pehle is ka color brown hoga but jaise 2 sukhta jayaga color black hota jayega.
