Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 lbbeef hotdogs use your favorite
  • 14 ozBaverian style sauerkraut the one with caraway seeds in it
  • 27 ozsauerkraut
  • 1/2 cupsliced carrots
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add the carrots sauté for 4 minutes stirring occasionally.

  2. 2

    Add both sauerkrauts to carrots in pan. Add hotdogs sauté covered for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
