Cut the jalapeño in one side and take out the seeds.

Boil in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes and 1/4 tsp.of salt.

Mix in a bowl the cream cheese salt and garlic.

Stuff each jalapeño with 2 tsp.of cream cheese.
- 5
Wrap each jalapeño with one slice of bacon.Bring to the oven 375 Friday for 20 minutes or until is medium brown on the top.

I've made plenty of different stuffed jalapenos but this is by far the best. it took a while but they came out awesome. It is very important that you coat these 3 times or the filling may leak out. If you don't like a crispy crust you can coat it twice instead. lizh0412 -
