Ingredients

  • 4boiled aloo
  • 500 gpumpkin chopped
  • 500 gbottle gourd chopped
  • As per need ginger
  • As per need green chilli
  • As per need coriander
  • 2onion challe
  • 1/2 cupbeans
  • 1/2 cupcouliflower
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1 tspbhaji masala
  • 1lemon juice
  • 4-5 tspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1tso haldi powder
  • 2 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1/4 tspheeng
  • 4-5tomato puri
  • 1 packetpaav

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle sabhi vegetables Ko chopped karenge or boil kar lenge tomato or onion ko chodker.salt or haldi dalker boil karenge.

  2. 2

    After ek pan me oil dalenge or heeng jeera tadkayenge after tomato puri dalenge or mirch paste or ginger paste bhi add kar denge or sabhi ingredients add karenge &mix well.sath me bhaji masala bhi mix karenge gravy ready hone per bhaji mix kar denge.

  3. 3

    After low fleme per pakne de or mash karte rahein. 1-20 minute tak pakne de.after coriander or onion dalker serve karein or sath me paav me ghee lagaker tave per sek le.

  4. 4

    After paav with bhaji garma garam lemon dalker & butter dalker serve karein.
