Due to Sunday, on mummy's demand, i have tried my hands on this dish for very first time. Just because mummy is not used to eat so spicy food, I have used very few qty of Spices. You can adjust the taste as per your choice..
Steps
- 1
Roast besan in pan till it changes the colour to little pink and leaves its aroma. Take aside. Crush the peanuts and roast them in Pan till pink..
- 2
Mix besan, peanuts and all masalas as per taste.. stuffing is ready.
- 3
Cut the chillis on one side and fill the stuff inside it. You can tie a cotton thread also to it so that stuffing doesnot come out.
- 4
In a pan heat oil, and saute jeera into it.. once jeera is popped up, put all the stuffed chilis in pan and mix them well.. keep stirring until the colour of chillis changes. Add the left over stuffing of besan over it. Add 1 cup water and mix well.. simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame..
- 5
Serve Hot.. You will enjoy the crunches of Peanuts and sweetness of Roasted besan with flavor of green chili..
