First cut banana in round pieces

Take a pan add banana little bit of salt and pinch of turmeric powder and cook it 2 minutes

After 2 minutes Take out a pan strain it

Now mix all the spices ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves also add 1tsp water and make thick paste

Coat Masala paste all banana slices

Now take a pan heat 1 tsp oil and fry banana slices crispy golden colour

Garnish coriander leaves and serve it
