Omena and ugali

Steps

Boil water and then in a kitchen basin soak then the omena. Remove the omen then do the same till you confirm no smal stone/sand has remained on the basin

In a pan put the omena. Stir til the omena is dry. Add oil then keep on stirring slowly. Remove the pan

In a separate pan heat oil and add onions. Then add coriander, Hoho and the garlic. Stir till they turn brown. Add the tomatoes. Let them simmer and stir to a paste.

Add the fried omena in the paste. Add salt to taste. Stir til it mixes well with the paste

Remove and serve with Kales
