Butter milk mein besan, namak, heeng, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, milakar acche se fentakar ghol taiyyar kar lein.

Kadhai mein oil garamkarke rai dhanya,methi dhanya, zeera, curry patta and tej patta dalen. Chatkane par onion dalkar bhune. Ab isme jo ghol banaya hai vo dalkar lagatar karchhul se chalate hue pakayein. Ubal aane par low flame par 10 minutes tak aur pakayein. Tasty kadhi taiyyar hai. Plain rice ke saath serve karen.
