Sugar mein 11/2 cup pani aur crush kar ke elaichi dal kar sugar syrup tyar karein

1/2cup Milk powder mein ghee aur maida add karein..milk s soft dough bana kar 10 mint ke rest dein

2 tbsp milkpowder mein 1tbsp milk, colour dal kar pakkayen..jab wo thick ho jaye to flame off kar dein..yh ap ke stuffing ke mixture hi..

Dough s ball lein aur aur hlka s daba kar chapta kar lein aur deepfry kar lein.

Rasgullo ko fry krne ke baad sugar syrup mein dal dein..

1/2 hour baad syrup s nikaal kar beech s cut karein aur stuffing ke mixture bhar ke halke hatho s dba dein..

Gems s garnish kar ke serve karein..
