Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupElbow noodles or mini rotini pasta (raw)
  2. 2 2/3 cupMilk
  3. 1 1/2 cupShredded mild cheddar cheese
  4. 1/4 cupParmesan cheese
  5. 1Garlic powder
  6. 1Onion powder
  7. 1 tspDijon mustard
  8. 1Egg, beaten
  9. 1/4 cupButter or margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.

    Combine all ingredients (except 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese) in slow cooker and stir. I recommend using a fair amount of garlic and onion powder (at least a few shakes).

    Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally during first hour to melt butter all the way.

    After 1 hour, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and let sit.

    Stir and serve while hot. Enjoy!
