As usual, my improvised recipes turn out to be my greatest successes!

Sauté the garlic and bell pepper.

Add the imitation crab sticks, sliced into rounds, and deglaze with white wine.

Add the pumpkin, diced, and the mushrooms.

If needed, add a little water and cook.
- 5
Toast the rice in the same pan, then gradually add hot broth while stirring.

Before the rice is fully cooked, add soy sauce to taste for flavor, and finish with plenty of chopped parsley.
