Put cooking fat in a sufuria,boil for 30 seconds,cut small pieces of onion as you add to sufuria

Wash tomatos well,cut small pieces as you put in the sufuria.

Peal potatos,cut into pieces.put in the sufuria add 1/4 litres water wait for 5 minutes.

Add kitheri to mixture in sufuria,put salt and royco. add 1/2 litres of water. wait for 10 mins after which the food will be ready for serving.
