Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsground beef and lamb mix (1 kg), with some fat
  • 2medium onions, finely chopped with a knife
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  • 1little mixed spices
  • 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  • 2 bunchesfresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. 2

    Knead the mixture very well.

  3. 3

    If you don't have metal skewers, you can use large wooden skewers (like those for shish kebab) and shape the kofta around them.

  4. 4

    Place the kofta on a charcoal grill and start grilling.
