Ingredients

14 servings
  • 7 largesweet bell peppers
  • 1 2/3 lbmeat your choice
  • 4 1/2 cupcooked long grain rice
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 tspHungarian paprika
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 12 oztomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Chop onions add spices to them. Mix meat and onios together. Add tomato paste. I added spices to onions then mixed with meat.

    Add rice mix together.

  4. 4

    Cut peppers in half. Remove ribs, seeds, and stem. Stuff each pepper. Put into oven bake for 45 miutes
