Preheat oven to 325'F

Brown sausages in skillet

Whip eggs and add all ingredients except sausage and croutons

Cut sausages in thirds

Place sausages in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Add egg mixture to dish with sausage

Top with croutons

Bake for 1 hour or until center is set
- 9
Can prepare ahead and refrigerate overnight. If so, bring to room temp before placing in oven.
