2 tbspground black pepper
1 tspcumin
2 tbspchili powder
1 tspcayenne
1 tspmince onion
2 tsppaprika
1 tspmince garlic

Rub on Brisket and let marinate for 12-24 hours before smoking.

Bring smoker to 225°F and maintain. Smoke for 10 hours
