Take a bowl add maida cornflour and 1/2 tap oil add water and mix well to smooth consistency without any lumps it should be like bajji batter keep aside

Now slice the banana into angle keep aside

Heat the pan add oil now take each banana piece dip it in the batter and fry until golden brown in colour or until done

Heat heavy bottom pan add sugar when it starts caramelise remove from heat now add the fried banana and toss well and drop it immediately into ice water and remove and serve with ice cream thank you happy cooking
