Into a hot pan. Heat cooking oil.

Add Cumin,Rai, hing. Allow them to creaker.

Add Sliced Onion. Sautee them.

Add all the Sliced Vegs.

Add 1 chopped tomato.

Now add spices. Salt pepper Turmeric green chilli (slit)

Now add socked Poha.. Mix well.

On the top add roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
