Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Egg
  2. 7 piecesFresh tomatoes
  3. 2 cupsRice
  4. Salt
  5. 2 cubesMaggi
  6. 1Tumeric
  7. 1Ginger
  8. 3frsh pepper Pepper
  9. 2cksp Groundnut oil
  10. 1/2 teaspooncurry

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice for 12mins.

  2. 2

    Blend fresh pepper and tomatoes with tumeric and ginger.

  3. 3

    Boil the egg for 5minutes.put in a bowl of water aand allow to cool before peel it.

    Boil the blended tomatoes and pepper for 20mins.all the water in it will be dry by then.

    Pour in the groundnut oil and stir.

    After 3mins.slice onion and add.

  7. 7

    Stir and add water.cover to boil for 4mins.

  8. 8

    Add salt,curry and maggi.boil for 2mins and pour in the parboiled rice.

    Stir vigourously for few seconds and cover to boil.

  10. 10

    Boil for 8-12mins.c8-12mins.check and turn off heat onces is done and the water has dried.
