Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Banana Large (about 1/2 Cup)
  2. 1/4 cupCreamy Peanut Butter
  3. 1 cupgluten-free rolled oats
  4. 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  5. 1 tbspchia seeds (optional)
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  8. 1 tsplight agave or honey (You may use more if you like sweeter oatmeal.)
  9. Optional Toppings
  10. 1Sliced Bananas
  11. 1Dark chocolate shavings or chips
  12. 1Coconut shavings

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, mash your banana with a fork.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into two airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    When ready to eat, give the oats a good stir, add toppings of your choice, and dig in!
