4 cupsUkwa
2cksp Palmoil
1/2 teaspoonPepper
Salt
1small bulb Onion

Steps

1

Wash and boil ukwa in a pressure pot.

Pour in enough water,boil with intensive heat for 1hour.

Place frying pan on the heat,pour in palmoil
4

After 2mins,add onion and pepper.stir
5

Then pour in the ukwa and turn with a wooden spoon.

Mix very well.bring down from the heat.
