Steps

Soak Aya for few hours.

Wash Aya very well until it becomes clear, pour in a bowl.

Break coconut, slice and add to Aya.

Peel the back of ginger, slice and add to Aya.

Add drinking water to it and grind.

Drop ice block in a bowl that you want to use to filter the kunu.

Add drinking water to the grinded paste. (Depends on how thick you want it)

Use clean chiffon material and sieve the kunu in the bowl you put the block.

Kunu Aya is ready.
