  1. 1.1small Ethapazham / Nenthrapazham - cut into cubes
  2. 1/4 tspnTurmeric powder -
  3. Salt
  4. 2.1 tspnsCoconut Oil -
  5. 1/4 tspnMustard seeds -
  6. 1/4 tspnFenugreek seeds -
  7. 2Green chilli - chopped finely
  8. 1 sprigCurry leaves -
  9. 1/4 tspnRed chilli powder -
  10. 1/4 tspnTurmeric powder -
  11. pinchHing / Kayam -a
  12. 1 1/2 cupsCurd -

  1. 1

    Cook nenthrapazham cubes with turmeric,salt and little water.Cook till water dries up and nenthrapazham is soft.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in another pan.Splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seed.Add green chilli and curry leaves.Then simmer the flame and add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and hing/kayam.(don't burn the powders).Saute quickly and add the cooked nenthrapazham cubes.Mix well.Now add curd and enough salt.Mix well.Nenthrapazham Moru Curry is ready to serve.
