Ingredients

6 mediumBananas
1 1/2 tspCinnamon or cake spice mix
3 tbspMilk
2 tbspBrown sugar
100 gramsPorridge oats
100 gramsGranola cereal

Pre heat oven to gas mark 5.

Peel 2 bananas & place into a blender & blend until it resembles a creamy mix. Chop remaining 4 bananas into half inch circles & place into a 20cm glass dishe with the banana puree & mix.

Add milk, brown sugar & cinnamon/cake spice mix & mix it in well with the cut bananas.

Once everything has been mixed, combine porridge oats & granola cereal & evenly spread onto bananas until completely covered.

Place into the middle of the oven for 40 minutes or until the crumble mixture is lightly brown & golden
