Take a bowl add maida, ajwain, salt, oil and water to make dough

Make small balls and roll it to medium size and keep it aside

Now take a frying pan, add oil after heating add ginger garlic, chilli and onion. After a cook add salt, turmeric powder and pepper. later add the 4 eggs and cook it well.

Take the roll, add the egg stuffing and close it to the samosa shape. And deep fry in the oil

Finally make the decorations and serve it hot
