I first saw this recipe in Nigella Lawson's book "NigellaFresh". I love the combination of cool watermelon, creamy and salty feta, lime juice and herbs. Very refreshing and healthy for summertime. Serve chilled on a hot day.

Before I don’t really like beet. I don’t know why? I just don’t really like with the color and maybe because it’s a category of root vegetables. One day hubby bought cooked beets from Costco.
