Wash and peel the potatoes

Shred the potatoes . Add salt , paprika and black pepper

In a non-stick pan. Add 2 table spoons of olive oil

Add the potatoes

Cover the pan and let be cooked for 10 min on medium heat

Flip and potatoes once it is golden then add the remaining olive oil to the middle of the potatoes

Cook for it for 10 min as well
