Ingredients

  • 6 slicebrown bread
  • 2 cupfull cream milk
  • 1 1/4 tablespoonsugar
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • Few threads of saffron soak in warm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut brown bread slice in a coin shape

  2. 2

    Deep fry &keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a heavy Pan add milk,cardamom powder and sugar

  4. 4

    Boil until thick like rubari

  5. 5

    Spread on 1coin put sm dry fruits &few drops of kesar milk

  6. 6

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits&rose Pettle.. 😊😊
