Break eggs in a bowl, beat and add salt. Cut the onions and tomatoes.

Fry the onions in oil until golden brown. Add in eggs and Stir to form cuddled eggs.

Add in tomatoes stir and cover.

Cover for 4 minutes and stir in the tomatoes. Stir the tomatoes for 3 minutes. Then serve.
