Ingredients

  • 8 ounceswhole mushroom
  • 1/3 poundbulk sausage
  • 1small tart apples shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoonground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 cupColby Monterey Jack cheese chunks
  • 1/3 teaspoonground white pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoonsroasted garlic paste see my recipe

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Remove stems from caps of mushrooms. Set the stems aside for another recipe.

    Shred the apple

    Mix the spices, garlic paste, shredded apple, and sausage.

    Stuff the caps with mixture

    Add chunks of cheese to top

    Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes
