Ingredients

  1. Sml basket of Irish
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. Sml onion
  4. 5seeds of red papper
  5. 1/2 sachetonga
  6. 1 tspcrayfish
  7. 1ladle of vegetable oil
  8. 2cubs of maggi
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. tspUzuza seed
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the Irish wash and set aside in a bowl with water.

    Slice the onion, blend it with pepper, tomatoes and uzuza

  3. 3

    Pour it in the pot, add the vegetable oil, crayfish, maggi and onga. Stir and allow it for 5mint

  4. 4

    Then wash the Irish into the pot add water and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Cover and allow to boil for 10mint. Then serve.
