I've tried a few scampi recipes, but this one has my vote! It's quick, easy, and is made with items I have on hand most of the time. Hope you will enjoy it as much as my family does 😋

Thaw shrimp, rinse and pat dry.
(I just run it under cold water for a few minutes) - 2
In 13x9 inch pan, combine butter, oil and garlic (I use the pre-minced garlic, saves time). Broil for 4-5 inches from heat for 2 minutes

Add shrimp, parsley, lemon, salt
And pepper. Toss to coat. Broil for 2 minutes, flip shrimp and broil another 1-2 minutes.Can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
