Place pot on the heat and pour in enough water to cook

Pour the beans inside the boil water

Add slice onions and leave to cook for 25minutes

Blend pepper and onions together and add to the beans

Add knor, salt and palm oil
- 7
Leave to cook for another 5minutes and serve

You can eat it alone or with bread, garri or pap
