Soya stuffed Mirchi

Wash green chillies & cut from center. Remove seeds. Wash soya granules with water. Squeeze tightly & remove excess water.

Grind soya granules in Mixer. Mix all the ingredients on a bowl except oil & onion thin pieces.

Fill above stuffing in chillies.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Shallow fry chillies on slow heat. Cover lead for 2-3 minutes. Transfer them into dish.

Now in leftover oil add onion. Once translucent add leftover stuffing Masala. Saute it for, 2-3 minutes. Add fried chillies. Mix well.

Serve with roti, parantha or puri.
