Ingredients

  • garlic and peppers
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 4serrano peppers, minced
  • sauce
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 3 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cuphalf and half or cream
  • salt and pepper
  • ground cumin
  • 1/2 lbwhite American or Mexican cheese(a decent brand and one that melts good)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil, galic and serranos in a pan. Cook until done. Remove from heat.

    Make a roux with the butter and flour. (For a dip, reduce the amount of flour and butter.)

    Add the half and half. Cook until thickened.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the cheese is melted and completly mixed in.

Nice recipe. I used 2% milk and less flour but it tasted amazing.
